Any cancellations done 61 days or more prior to retreat start date: Participants may transfer their deposit to another Free Spirited Wanderer Retreat within the same calendar year one time only. A $150 administrative fee will apply for the transfer. Deposits are per participant, per retreat, and cannot be applied as credit toward your own or an additional participant’s current booking. Any cancellations done 31-60 days prior to retreat start date: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance (total cost minus the deposit) is not refundable, however, participants are allowed a single transfer to a future Free Spirited Wanderer Retreat within one year. A $150 administrative fee will apply for the transfer. Any cancellations done 0-30 days prior to retreat start date: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unforeseen Circumstances: Free Spirited Wanderer is not responsible for any of the following, and there will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, injury, or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
